These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Web Conversion Specialist practical exam and certification program ("the Program") offered by Life to Digital ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting your exam materials, you ("the Participant," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program provides a practical examination based on the principles taught in "The Missing Website 3.0 Conversion Checklist." Participants are required to build a live website and submit it for evaluation to earn a certification tier based on their score.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have purchased "The Missing Website 3.0 Conversion Checklist" directly from Life to Digital or an authorized retailer

• Submit your exam materials from the email address associated with your product purchase

3. Submission Process

All submissions must be sent to verify@lifetodigital.com.

Submissions must include:

• A live, publicly accessible URL link to the website created for the exam

• Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) for the required product

Incomplete submissions or those sent from an unverified email address will not be evaluated.

3A. Resubmission Policy

Eligibility: Resubmission is available only to Participants who have submitted a complete and valid initial exam entry.

Free Attempts: Each Participant is entitled to two (2) free resubmissions within 90 days of receiving their initial evaluation result.

Additional Attempts: Any resubmissions beyond the two free attempts will require a $9 resubmission fee per attempt.

Updates Required: Resubmitted websites must show meaningful improvements or corrections based on the evaluation criteria. Identical or unchanged submissions will not be reviewed.

Final Decision: The results of any resubmission are final and binding, and no further appeals or resubmissions will be accepted.

4. Evaluation & Scoring

Websites will be evaluated against a proprietary conversion checklist owned by Life to Digital.

The evaluation is conducted at our sole discretion, and all scores and tier assignments are final.

We reserve the right to refuse certification to any website that we determine, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is deemed offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.

5. Certification

Upon passing evaluation, a digital certification badge and certificate will be issued to the email address used for submission.

The certification is issued to the individual Participant and is non-transferable.

The certification does not imply an endorsement of your business or services by Life to Digital.

You may use the digital badge and certificate to promote your individual achievement in accordance with our Badge Usage Guidelines (Section 8).


6. Intellectual Property

Your Website: You retain all intellectual property rights to the website you create and submit for the exam.

Our Checklist & Methodology: “The Missing Website 3.0 Conversion Checklist,” the evaluation criteria, and the certification program structure are the intellectual property of Life to Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the methodology to build your exam website. You may not reproduce, share, or teach our proprietary checklist or system.

7. Privacy

By submitting your materials, you consent to our use of your email address for the purpose of sending your certification and related communications.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy on our website for more details.

8. Badge Usage Guidelines

If you earn a certification badge, you agree to use it responsibly and not to:

• Alter the design of the badge in any way

• Use the badge to represent a company or team certification; it certifies only the individual named on it

• Use the badge in a manner that is misleading, fraudulent, or that implies a partnership or employment relationship with Life to Digital

• Use the badge on any website or platform that contains illegal, offensive, or adult content

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIFE TO DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR THE USE OF YOUR CERTIFICATION.


10. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including the evaluation criteria and certification tiers, at any time without prior notice.
